The subject of the contract is the successive collection and management of bulk ballast waste received by the Contractor from the Contractor with a granulation of 80-300 mm with a combustion heat value above 6 MJ/kg of dry matter, derived from the treatment of mixed municipal waste, classified according to with a catalogue of waste as 191212 other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 191211 — bulk waste.
Estimated amount of waste for development: up to 7,000 Mg.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantity of the item of the order is a forecast size and, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, may be reduced. The above does not result in a cancellation or modification of its terms. If the Contracting Authority uses the above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect. The actual amount of the object of the contract will be due to the actual needs of the Ordering Party.
Minimum size of the scope of this provision
1. Waste — ballast fraction with a granulation of 80-300 mm with a combustion heat value above 6 MJ/kg of dry matter, derived from the treatment of mixed municipal waste, classified according to the waste catalogue as 191212 other waste (including mixed substances and objects) of mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 191211.
2. Reception of waste:
(a) The Contractor shall receive Waste on the basis of Unit Orders or Weekly Schedule drawn up by the Ordering Party from the site run by the Ordering Authority of Solid Waste Disposal Plant in Tczewo (83-110), 5A Rokicka Street (hereinafter: Plant).
(b) The transfer and receipt of Waste shall be based on and in accordance with daily orders covering a period of 1 day (hereinafter: Unit Orders), which the Contracting Authority undertakes to provide the Contractor by e-mail to e-mail addresses at least 1 day in advance, specifying at the same time the amount of Waste and the time limit on which the Ordering Party expects its receip
(c) The transfer and receipt of Waste may also be on the basis of a waste collection schedule covering a period of not more than 5 working days (Monday to Friday) (hereinafter: Weekly Schedule) and the Contractor then undertakes to collect the waste in accordance with the Weekly Schedule. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a weekly schedule via e-mail to e-mail addresses, while specifying the amount of Waste and the time limit on which the Ordering Party expects their receipt.
(d) If the quantity of Waste covered by the Unit Order or the Weekly Schedule covers more than 50 Mg to be collected in a single day, the Contractor shall be notified by the Contracting Authority at least 2 days in advance [this period will be counted from the date of sending by the Contracting Authority by mail Electronic Unit Order or Weekly Schedule].
(e) The minimum amount of waste to be collected by the Contractor in one day shall not be less than 16 Mg of Waste.
(f) The Contractor shall collect the Waste from the site of the Plant, organised by himself and at his expense by transport during the working hours of the Establishment, i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding the statutory days and Saturdays] from 7:00 to 16:30.
(g) The waste collected by the Contractor shall be weighed by the Contractor after loading onto the Contractor's vehicle on the premises of the Plant, at an accuracy of 20 kg. In order to determine the weight of the Waste received, the Contractor's vehicle must be weighed before the Waste is loaded. After weighing Waste, the Ordering Party will issue proof of weighing.
(h) The weight [weight] of Waste received by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority determined as described in point (g) and disclosed in the proof of weighing referred to above is the binding mass for determining the remuneration payable to the Contractor and the settlement between the Parties and for determining the quantity of Waste subjected to recovery /disposal.
(i) The gross weight of a single vehicle entering (empty vehicle for loading) into the Company's premises shall not exceed 21 tonnes.
3. Waste packaging:
The Contracting Authority will not carry out the packaging of the transferred waste, i.e. it will be loaded onto the Contractor's vehicles in bulk.
4. Documents related to the confirmation of the performance of the service subject to the contract and the validation/determination of the amount of waste undergoing the recovery/disposal process:
(a) a document of issue from the magazine (weight quotation) — the Contracting Authority shall issue a weight flower at each departure of the Contractor's loaded vehicle from the site of the Contracting Authority;
(b) waste transfer card — The Contracting Authority will issue waste transfer cards in the BDO system (Waste Databases) for each transport before its departure from the plant.
(c) The Contracting Authority shall require, during the execution of the order, that all data relating to the recovery and/or disposal process be provided by the Contractor in the processing plant to which the waste has been transferred for the purpose of the process and information on the applications
