Design, development, commissioning and maintenance of the information system for the control of flows and losses and the analysis of efficiency improvements in the urban water cycle, financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (Next Generation EU) within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan

In the case of mixed contracts composed of supply and services, article 18.1.a) of the LCSP establishes that the main object will be determined according to the highest estimated value. According to the bidding budget of the contract and the planned modification, the proportion is 33% supply (license) and 67% service (rest of services), so the contract must be governed by the legal regime of service contracts, in terms of their preparation and award.
