The Protestant Church of Weinheim is planning to build a parish house with a parish office and a day care centre on the property at Markusturm, Hainbuchenweg /Birkenweg in 69469 Weinheim. After the dismantling and demolition of the existing buildings, a new development and relocation of existing media supplies, such as gas, water and electricity, takes place. The church and the extension with the heating centre in the basement remain in place.

The contractor's services include the complete earth and shell construction work including technology-safe plants:

earthworks (excavation pit, pipe trenches, deep foundation),

sewer work (drainage, main lines, shafts),

concrete work (base plate, foundations),

waterproofing and insulation work,

approx. 1,500m3 of soil excavation (excavation pit and pipe trenches),

approx. 300 m3 in-situ concrete (base plate, foundations),

approx. 150 pieces of full displacement piles,

approx. 1,200m2 perimeter insulation 80mm,

approx. 60t reinforcing steel,

approx. 200lfm deflation channels.

Technical facilities outside the dirt and precipitation water pipes are included in the technical facilities for the supply and disposal of the new buildings. The pipe trenches are manufactured on site and then re-filled with pressure testing after assembly has been completed. The dirty water is disposed of into the road channels, and precipitation and surface drainage through ground drains and gutters are disposed of via a cistern into a separation system in the road channel. The cistern contains a pumping system for garden irrigation without replenishment.

The cistern also serves as flood protection and is dimensioned accordingly.
