The subject of the Order is the implementation of the work related to the attachment of customers of the IV and V connection group in the territory of TAURON Distribution S.A. Branch in Bielsko-Biała. The task includes the design and execution of construction works in accordance with the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority, in particular the development of the project documentation, the implementation of all design works, supplies, services, obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, obtaining decisions granting permission for construction, execution of construction and assembly works and payment of all damages arising from the performance of these works and the development of as-built documentation, as well as any work necessary for the removal of defects and defects on the basis of the quality guarantee granted and guarantees for defects, as well as other activities and tasks and obligations to be carried out by the Contractor for the purpose of proper implementation of the Subject of the Order.
