The project involves the renovation and redevelopment of 117 apartments where residents are rehoused.

The building is located at Riishøjsvej 1-85, 9000 Aalborg.

The main features of the renovation/construction include:

• Environmental remediation of block C and other areas to be renovated.

• Breakdown of block C complete.

• Block C is rebuilt in load-bearing concrete elements, shell wall with saddle roof and cardboard.

• In stairwells 5 – 23 – 33, completely renovated and accessibility apartments with access to elevator will be established.

• Other stairwells are being renovated with new bathrooms and a new ventilation system.

• New water and drainage installations for kitchen and bathrooms.

• Partial renovation of heating installation incl. replacement of all radiators.

• All apartments will have new balconies.

• Sewerage systems in terrain are partially replaced and separation sewerage is established for the entire area.

• All windows and doors are replaced.

• Terrain will be modified with increased accessibility.

• New safety-creating lighting in terrain.
