The procurement is conducted as open procurement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (2016: 1145). Open procurement means, among other things, that negotiation is not allowed. It is therefore important that the best terms and conditions are submitted in the tender and that all requirements and conditions according to this tender documentation are followed. The client does not replace the tenderer for the preparation of tenders.
