This contract covers coaching consultancy services, team leadership, human resources policy development and organizational strategy.
Two major phases:
1) setting up an entire system (search for the manager) by an interim manager;
2) Execution of the implementation by the new HR manager.
1) revitalize the existing P&O division through coaching and appropriate team leadership: this mission is a priority and must be carried out within the first six months of the term of the contract;
2) develop a modern HR management policy and define a strategy for the development of the organization to promote organizational culture through concrete and recurring actions.
