This is a framework agreement with a maximum amount made pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is broken down into two batches. It shall be concluded for a period of five years from 22.12.2021 or from the date of notification whichever is later. For lot 1: supply of parts and maintenance services for the tram braking system: Hydraulic power stations, the maximum amount of services is 780 000 EUR excluding VAT, lot 2: supply of parts and maintenance services for the tramway braking system: calipers, the maximum amount of services is 745,000 EUR excluding VAT. For the duration of the contract, the maximum amount of services shall be EUR 1 525 000 excluding VAT all consignments.
