For the supply of portable signs and cones. These are required to fulfil 3 main requirements:

1. Following policy guidelines to prevent 'entrapment' allegations (eg camera signs);

2. Health and safety purposs, staff and public;

3. Direct traffic into the Enforcement sites.

The signs and cones must be easily transported in the boot of a saloon motor car (e.g. Skoda Octavia, Ford Mondeo). They must comply with the Manual Handling Regulations in particular weight and sizes suitable for deployment by a single operaive and Health and Safety Legislation. All finished panels must comply with the 'Traffic Signs Regulatons and General Directions 2002' unless otherwise stated.

The sign and cones must have a stand that provides a stable base, able to withstand the effects of traffic passing at 70 mph and/or high winds. In order to comply, the addition of suitable weighs to the stand legs will be acceptable in high wind environments.
