Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 10,401,746.11 (ten million, four hundred and one thousand, seven hundred and forty-six zlotys, eleven groszy) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Pyskowice commune in connection with ongoing investments. "
1. Credit currency - Polish zloty (PLN).
2. The loan period from the day of concluding the loan agreement to 31/12/2027.
3. The Purchaser has the right to use the loan in an amount lower than the amount of PLN 10,401,746.11, without incurring additional costs (fees, commissions, etc.).
4. The Bank will launch the loan within a maximum of 3 business days after receiving a written instruction of the Ordering Party sent by fax or electronically - the actual date of launching in accordance with the contractor's offer (beyond the price criterion of offer evaluation).
The loan will be used until December 31, 2019.
The subject of the order is the service called "Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 10,401,746.11 (ten million four hundred and one thousand seven hundred and forty-six zlotys, eleven groszy) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Pyskowice commune in connection with ongoing investments."
Taking into account the following entries:
1. Credit currency - Polish zloty (PLN).
2. The loan period from the day of concluding the loan agreement to 31/12/2027.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the ToR.
3. The Purchaser has the right to use the loan in an amount lower than the amount of PLN 10,401,746.11, without incurring additional costs (fees, commissions, etc.).
4. The Bank will launch the loan within a maximum of 3 business days after receiving a written instruction of the Ordering Party sent by fax or electronically - the actual date of launching in accordance with the contractor's offer (beyond the price criterion of offer evaluation).
The loan will be used until 31/12/2019 ("on demand", i.e. after a written instruction to launch the loan on the Commune's account).
