Bidders will be judged on how many drugs they can analyse within the set economic framework. Contained in the bidder's offer of 2.1 million DKK shall be analyses of all substances marked at least in column A of Annex 3 of the procurement material. In addition, the tenderer shall specify how many other substances listed in Annex 3 they can analyse, and the tenderer must indicate whether the laboratory is accredited to carry out those analyses. In addition to number of substances that can be analyzed for, bidders will be assessed on their quality assurance.
