The subject of the contract are services in the field of collection and management of solid municipal waste from property inhabited from the territory of Świdnica Municipality. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the order are specified in “Detailed description of the subject matter

procurement “which is annex 2 to this SWZ and in Annex 3 Designed provisions of the contract.

The subject of the contract is services in the field of collection and management of solid municipal waste from property inhabited from the territory of Świdnica Municipality, including:

(a) equipment of operated properties with marked container/containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (e.g. the inscription on the container 'mixed waste'),

b) equipment of the property operated with bags/containers for selective collection of biodegradable waste with colour and description (e.g. brown — biodegradable waste),

(c) equipment of the property operated with bags for selective collection of plastic waste with colour and description (e.g. yellow - plastics),

d) the equipment of the property operated with containers for selective collection of glass waste with colour and description (e.g. green — glass),

e) the equipment of the property operated with plastic bags for selective collection of waste from paper and cardboard with colour and description (e.g. blue — paper),

f) the supply of bags will be carried out in a succession, according to the demand of the owners of the property; bags of min. capacity 120 l with appropriate colours made of LDPE film, with parameters enabling the owners of the property to properly carry out the collecting and transfer obligations to Reception

municipal waste,

(g) collection from the property (a separate place in front of or near the fence, dumpster pergola, etc.) from the owners of the property of the whole mass of municipal waste transferred by the owners of the property comprising both mixed municipal waste and waste collected selectively placed in containers and/or bags,

h) receipt from property owners of large waste, used electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres (8 pcs per household) 1 once a year according to the established

schedule),

(i) the cleaning and collection and management of all accumulated waste from the places of collection, including those not placed in containers (e.g. next to containers),

were collected in bags other than those supplied by the Contractor or dispersed during loading, collecting waste lying in bulk next to filled containers and containers and bringing to order adjacent areas contaminated by containers overflow,

(j) the cleaning of solid and liquid impurities created during the collection of waste from the places of their collection, if it gets outside the vehicle/garbage trucks and waste collection containers lies on the receiving side,

k) replenishing/delivering containers in place of damaged, stolen, devastated,

(l) ongoing reporting on the subject of the contract,

m) management of received waste in the installation,

(n) the operation and equipment of the Selective Waste Collection Point according to the arrangements in accordance with the schedule.
