The subject of the contract is the management of waste with the code 19 12 12 from mechanical treatment of waste to the extent and under the conditions specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party's Installation accepts, m.in wastes from mechanical waste treatment, in which the following are sorted:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- separately collected waste (paper, bulky waste, plastics and metals),

- bulky waste which is also subjected to milling.

The subject of the contract is the collection and processing of waste from mechanical treatment in a replacement installation (code 19 12 12) to the extent and under the conditions specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (OPZ).
