The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport in the area of operation of ZKKM in Chrzanów on bus lines no: B (including part of tasks on line A), La, Lb, Lc, 8, 25, 38 (including part of tasks on line 15) according to timetables with parameters specified in point 2.3 of SWZ.
1) The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services on 7 bus lines in the region from 01.04.2023r.do 31.12.2025.

VII.Bus line number 38 (including part of tasks on line 15) of the relation: Temporary Station (Kard. Wyszyński) /variant Chrzanów Dworzec ZKKM - Borowiec - Maniska - (Zagórze) - Żarki - Zagórcze - Libiąż Jowisz (Chrzanów Dworzec ZKKM — Libiąż — Gromiec)
In total, the planned transport performance on all lines covered by the contract over a period of 33 months is 1 408 467 vehicle-kilometres.
The Ordering Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the transport work under the conditions described in paragraph 2.5-2.9 of the SWZ.
2) The Contracting Authority requires, during the performance of the contract, employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of repair shop mechanics, i.e. persons performing activities consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code in the amount necessary to maintain proper technical efficiency of buses. A detailed method of employment verification and sanctions for failure to meet the requirements in this respect are set out in the model contract – Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
