The offer shall be submitted, under the rigor of nullification, in electronic form bearing qualified by electronic signature. The functionality for encrypting the offer by the Contractor is available to the Contractors on the MiniPortal, in the details of the procedure concerned. 4. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial tenders. 5. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 6. Framework Agreement. 7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to provide security for the proper performance of the contract. 8. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) and (8) of the Act of Pzp. 9. The Contracting Authority does not require that a local vision be carried out by the Contractor or verting Authority check the documents necessary for the execution of the contract referred to in Article 131 (2) of Law Pzp. 10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the reverse order of evaluation of the tenders referred to in Article 139 of Law Pzp. 11. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the possibility of applying for contract award only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of Law Pzp. 16.
