Description:
Gryfice Purchasing Group. Supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024r. to 31.12.2024r.

1. The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the most advantageous offer (parts 1, 2 and 3 of the contract) is the Gryfice County. The contract will be awarded by the contracting authorities described in Chapter XVIII.

2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 2 897 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 27 938.19 MWh. The contracting authority will award the contract in three lots.

3. Details of electricity consumption are described in Annex 1a/1b/1c to the SWZ List of consumption points.

4. PPE with Prosumer status was not investigated.

5.Uk The measuring charges are adapted to the procedure for changing the seller.

6. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law (PPL).

Electricity supply to premises and facilities — other tariff groups

1. Number of metering systems for consumed electricity 1 717 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the PPE was included by the contracting authority in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 17 474.79 MWh.

Consumption data is indicative.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024,

5. The Ordering Party Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Choszczno has the status of a Producer in one facility. All energy generated in the PV installation is used for the customer's own needs.

6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).

7. The Ordering Party demands a deposit in the amount of PLN 150,000.00.

8. As a result of the settlement of the proceedings - part 1 of the order - 30 contracts will be concluded.

9. Quality standards

1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

2) Electricity quality standards are described in the EP Act and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22.03.2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29.11.2022.

10. The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to report on behalf of itself and the contracting authority (recipients) the contract to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations and to represent it before the DSO in the process of changing the seller.

Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff group B

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 16 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the PPE has been included by the contracting authority in Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 2 870.89 MWh.

Consumption data is indicative.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024,

5. The Ordering Party Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Choszczno has the status of a Producer in one facility. All energy generated in the PV installation is used for the customer's own needs. The Ordering Party, Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Złocieniec, has the status of a Producer in one facility. All energy generated in the PV installation is used for the customer's own needs.

6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).

7. The Ordering Party demands a deposit in the amount of PLN 50,000.00.

8. As a result of the settlement of the proceedings - part 2 of the order - 8 contracts will be concluded.

9. Quality standards

1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

2) Electricity quality standards are described in the EP Act and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22.03.2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29.11.2022.

10. The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to report on behalf of itself and the contracting authority (recipients) the contract to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations and to represent it before the DSO in the process of changing the seller.

Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 1164 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the PPE is included in Annex 1c to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 7 592.51 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024,

5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).

6. The Ordering Party demands a deposit in the amount of PLN 100,000.00.

7. As a result of the settlement of the proceedings - part 3 of the order - 20 contracts will be concluded.

1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

2) Electricity quality standards are described in the EP Act and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22.03.2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29.11.2022.

9. The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to report the contract on its own behalf and the contracting authority(s) to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations and to represent it before the DSO in the process of changing the seller.
