Hahn-Schickard plans for its MEMS cleanroom, another Maskaligner to increase the redundancy and to expand the editable material spectrum. In addition to the existing plant, which allows the processing of substrates with 100 and 150 mm diameter, the new plant should be able to process even 200 mm substrates.
