Mobile Radio Station of Aviation Radio Communication (MRLŁ)

1.The subject of the guaranteed (basic) contract is the supply of 6 sets. Mobile Aeronautical Radio Station (MRLŁR) located on the base vehicle, designed for

secure secure, interference-resistant audio radio exchange (overt and covert) for air traffic services and command and guidance authorities with aircraft crews.

2. MRLR is to implement encrypted radio communication between correspondents in the ground-to-air relationship.

3. MRLŁR is to implement the functionalities of a radio station (performing the function of a radio station) for fixed systems operated by the Contracting Authority included in the above-mentioned systems through the

transmission system of the Ministry of National Defence (RON).

4. MRLŁ should consist of at least n/w elements:

1) Base chassis,

2) Communication booths,

3) Radio system,

4) System radiotelephony,

5) Antenna system,

6) Time distribution system,

7) Power system,

8) Positions of supervision and control of devices,

9) Operator stations,

10) Launch device,

11) Concealment devices,

12) Linear connection table,

13) Technical documentation,

14) Technical Material Kit,

15) Specialist Tools Kit,

16) Apparatus control and measurement.

5. In addition, the scope of the agreement includes: development of the Detailed Design, Tests, Staff Training, delivery of individual sets of spare parts (IZCzZ), carrying out the conformity assessment process

MRLŁR and development of Technical Documentation and licensing of Technical Documentation to the Ordering Party.

6. The requirements concerning the subject of the contract will be forwarded together with the Description of Needs and Requirements (OPiW) (classified document with the clause "RESTRICTED"), to contractors invited to submit tenders

preliminary.

7. In order to implement the subject of the order, the Ordering Party shall deliver the AN/PRC-150 (C) radio transmitter and receiver set or its successor.
