1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Knurów.

2. The detailed scope of the contract shall be defined by the model contract and the Detailed Subject Description of the Order (SOPZ) which are annexes to the SWZ. The Contractor shall consult the SWZ and its attachments and fulfill the order under the terms and conditions described therein.

1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Knurów.

2.The scope of services includes:

1) the provision of the service of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK),

2) Equipment of designated properties -waste collection sites — MGO with containers and/or bags for the collection of municipal waste in quantity ensuring proper execution of the object of the contract and meeting all requirements as to capacity and functional and utility requirements, and also applicable Polish Standards,

3) the provision of a service for the collection of large-sized waste from inhabited single-family property,

4) providing a service for the collection of expired medicines from indicated pharmacies,

5) the provision of a service to receive small waste electrical and electronic equipment from Municipal Electrical Waste Points (MPE),

6) maintenance of containers provided by the Contractor under the order in MGO in sound sanitary and technical condition and repair and replacement of containers in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party in the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (SOPZ),

7. Receipt of municipal waste from sites not intended for storage and storage within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, i.e. the elimination of “wild dumps” from sites designated by the Contracting Authority in the municipal areas according to the notified needs,

8) organize a customer service point on the territory of Knurow, which will be used to directly contact property owners with the Contractor, inter alia, to provide information related to the implementation of services and to comment. The point should function for the entire duration of the contract for a minimum of 2 hours per day except for statutory holidays, i.e. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 - 10:00 and on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 17:00. Information about the contact phone number, location and opening times the Contractor will publish on his website. The service point will provide property owners with the opportunity to stock up on waste collection bags free of charge.

9) delivery of waste bags and collection of collected municipal waste at dates and places indicated by the Ordering Party in connection with the needs arising from the activities initiated by UM Knurów, residents or educational units (cleaning of the city area associated with, e.g., the Cleaning action World) minimum 2 times in 2022

10) transfer of received unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste to Municipal Installations (IK) and received municipal waste: paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, metals and multi-plant packaging and biowaste, furniture and large-sized waste according to the complex the offer and requirements laid down in the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e., OJ 2021, item 779 as amended) for waste treatment installations (IPO).

11) landscaping in accordance with Article 20 (1) and (2) of the Act on waste collected from the territory of the municipality of Knurów municipal waste.

3. The collection of municipal waste will be carried out in accordance with the schedule drawn up by the Contractor for the receipt of municipal waste from the property during the term of the contract.
