The Klinikum Stadt Soest gGmbH, plans to procure a multifunctional X-ray imaging system for interdisciplinary use for radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, interventional radiology and gastroenterology (ERCP).
The Klinikum Stadt Soest gGmbH, plans to procure a multifunctional X-ray imaging system for interdisciplinary use for radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, interventional radiology and gastroenterology (ERCP). Routine examinations are carried out. The system has a single-sided, deeply lowerable, motorically tiltable table top. The integrated C-arm allows multidirectional projections in any tilting position of the table. Image acquisition is carried out digitally using detector technology in high image quality and enables high-contrast orientation during interventions. It must be possible to store and display the area dose product per patient. The overall system consists of: basic unit with tilting table, integrated C-arm system incl. collision protection, system accessories and storage aids, high-performance X-ray emitter with depth aperture, recording system with solid-state detector, LCD/TFT monitors (2) on a ceiling tripod for the examination room, high-resolution monitor (1) for the control room, X-ray generator at least 80 kW, dose management with pulsed fluoroscopy, automatic spectral filtering, digital image processing with integrated, multifunctional workstation functionality, ceiling-hanging examiner radiation protection (incl. carrier with boom, as well as weight-balanced support arm for an acrylic glass lead pane) and a table-mounted under-table radiation protection. The system must be able to be offered with right- and left-sided table suspension. All services for the commissioning of the system such as: project management, expert acceptance, personnel and user training, support of the Klinikum Stadt Soest gGmbH in the planning of room concept / installation site, etc. must be included in the scope of delivery. The system has all standard interfaces for integration into the IT system landscape (RIS (Medavis)/PACS (Visus JiveX)) and the integration of a digital real-time image acquisition and image processing system. If possible, the existing premises should be able to be used for the system required here without major conversion work (moving walls, etc.). For this reason, the provider is asked to insert the optimal position for his system in the attached blueprint by means of DWG file (please once with right-sided suspension and once with left-sided suspension). The fluoroscopy system is to be regarded as a unit and with all accessories necessary for the function (incl. base plate, etc.) to be delivered brand new for first use and to be completely assembled. The offer includes the official and safety-related acceptance until the handover of the fully functional system with connection to an existing image archiving system (PACS) including all accessories required for operation to the operator. With the completed specifications, all product data necessary for the assessment, as well as for all system components, the current DICOM Conformance Statement, the installation planning with the device-specific specifications for the installation of the system including radiation protection plan as well as an offer for a service contract (mandatory maintenance contract) with detailed information on the scope of services and a contract term of at least 8 years after a warranty period of 24 months.
