The Regional Consortium of Regular Public Transport of Madrid (hereinafter CRTM) has a network of Public Transport Card Management Offices in the Community of Madrid. The object of this contract is the cleaning and maintenance service of some of these offices, in which the assignment agreements or corresponding rental contract do not include these services. The offices of Aranjuez, Alcorcón, Parla and Plaza Elíptica and production center of transport cards in the Plaza Castilla interchange, are currently closed, in facilities of transport operators or in design as a new office. These offices are the object of the contract, although their effective incorporation and, consequently, the provision of the service, will be carried out as they open.

The services subject to contracting include the following activities:

Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning.

Preventive maintenance.

Corrective maintenance.

Planning, management, coordination and monitoring.
