Market for the operation and maintenance of heating, ECS production, water treatment, ventilation & air conditioning installations of the City's buildings.

Depending on the sites and facilities, the market will include the following positions:

— P1 for the sale of thermal energy, with the exchange on heating consumption, necessary for heating and the production of ECS or the sale of energy in the form of natural gas at counting for specific use (kitchen);

— P2 for operation, conduct, standby and preventive maintenance, correction for heating and ECS production and distribution installations, ventilation and air treatment installations, water treatment plants;

— P3 for correction, major maintenance, renewal and full guarantee of installations on certain buildings with transparent management allowing balance distribution at the end of the market;

— P5 other services excluding flat-rate prices realized under a framework agreement without mini or maximum.

The market is of type:

— MCI (Market Counting Intake) with full guarantee: three sites;

— MTI (Market temperature interest) with full guarantee for all other sites.
