the purpose of this call for tenders is the supply and maintenance of bins and containers for household and similar waste that will be used by users benefiting from public services provided by the azure, emerald and tri action unions: individuals, companies, lessors, co-ownerships, etc...

the market is not allotted, it is a single-lot contract relating to the supply and maintenance of waste bins for individual and collective dwellings, as well as non-household producers (administrations, businesses, shops...) located on the perimeter of the three unions: supply of bins, recovery of used bins, maintenance and repair of bins, supply of spare parts, updating of databases relating to existing and deployed container fleets as part of the performance of the contract.
