1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of travel made as part of the activities carried out by the Pomerania Development Agency S.A., including:

1) booking and sale of air tickets on domestic and foreign routes, including tickets from the so-called low-cost carriers and related services,

2) reservation and sale of hotel places in the country and abroad along with carrying out all related formalities,

3) ensuring the most advantageous transfers during foreign travel, in particular on the route airport-hotel, hotel-airport, hotel-fair, fair-hotel, fair-airport, airport-fair with all related formalities.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the OPZ (Annex 1 to SWZ) and in the template of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).

The contracting authority does not require the submission of the said means of proof. 1. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion pursuant to Article 108(1) of the PPL may apply for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 108(1) of the PPL, pursuant to Article 108(1) of the PPL. Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special arrangements for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security, pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.

6. Economic operators may jointly compete for the award of a contract:

1) in the case of a civil-law partnership, the Contracting Authority assumes that the Contractors are partners of a civil law partnership whose participation in the procedure is treated as a joint application for the award of a contract within the meaning of Article 58(1) of the PPL;

(2) Contractors acting jointly shall appoint a representative to represent them in the procurement procedure or to represent them in the procedure and conclude a public procurement contract;

3) The power of attorney to perform the actions referred to in point 2 should be in the form of a document confirming the appointment of a proxy, signed by representatives of all other Contractors authorized to represent them. The power of attorney must be attached to the offer;

(4) Economic operators jointly applying for the award of a contract shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract and for the lodging of a performance bond;

5) The tender must be signed in such a way as to bind all contractors acting jointly;

6) All correspondence and settlements shall be made with the contractor acting as a representative of the others (leader);

7) If the tender of economic operators jointly applying for the award of the contract has been selected, the contracting authority may request a copy of the contract governing the cooperation of these contractors before the conclusion of the public procurement contract;

8) Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract shall submit the Offer Form jointly.

(9) With regard to conditions relating to education, professional qualifications or experience, economic operators jointly bidding for the award of a contract may rely on the capacities of those economic operators who will perform the works or services for which those capacities are required. In that case, the economic operators jointly applying for the award of the contract shall attach to the tender accordingly a statement indicating which works, supplies or services will be performed by each economic operator;

10) in the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of a public contract, the above-mentioned condition of participation in the procedure should be fully met by at least one of the Contractors.
