The services expected are as follows: o Inspect the design and construction of new facilities or facilities to be rehabilitated o Monitor the proper operation and maintenance of existing facilities. The purpose of the inspections is to verify that non-collective sanitation facilities: - do not affect public health and/or personal safety; - Maintain surface and groundwater quality. These checks ultimately make it possible to identify any environmental or health risks related to the design, execution, operation, condition or maintenance of the facilities
