Technical service for the preparation of the Strategic System Planning Document (DPSS) and possible variation to the Port Regulatory Plan

Estimated total amount of the service equal to € 330,825.60 non-taxable VAT pursuant to paragraph 1, no. 6, art. 9 of Presidential Decree 633/72, including all expenses pursuant to Ministerial Decree 17.06.2016, in addition to legal charges if due.

Estimated value of the contract, including social security and welfare charges: € 344,058.62.

Services covered by Part I (mandatory): Technical service for the preparation of the Strategic System Planning Document (DPSS) of the MACS Port System Authority for € 217,929.60.

Services covered by Part II (optional): Technical service for the elaboration of any variation to the Port Master Plan for € 112,896.00.

The estimated amount of the service is net of social security and welfare charges (compulsory service for a maximum of € 8,717.18 as a 4% CNPAIA contribution; optional service for a maximum of € 4,515.84 as a 4% CNPAIA contribution)
