The latter shall deliver the prepared meals in large containers to the client's facilities. The client assumes a cold delivery with hot food regeneration in the kitchens of the day care centers. The technical equipment required for hot feed regeneration must be purchased and provided by the external service provider.

The city of Rösrath intends to outsource the food supply for the day-care centres to an external service provider as part of a new allocation. The day-care centres are to be supplied as part of a cold delivery and hot food regeneration at the site. For the food preparation in the supplier company, regional producers / delivery companies are to be involved.

In addition to the food supply, the contractor is requested to purchase the equipment required for food storage and food regeneration and to integrate the financing in his offer price.
