Delivery of a qualitative follow-up study of ESENER-3 including the factors that are associated with an effective management of psychosocial risks with a specific focus on the approach(es) taken by the micro and small enterprises.

The contractor will execute the following tasks:

Select the countries to be included in the study and provide descriptions of the national contexts.

Provide a study protocol to ensure that the data collected can be comparted reliably.

Carry out the fieldwork

Process, analyse and report the data collected
