Performing the function of the Investor's Supervision Inspector for 16 municipal buildings as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive energy modernization of residential and commercial buildings located in the Municipality of Gdańsk" in the field of construction and construction, sanitary industry, electrical and teletechnical industry.

1. The subject of the contract is to act as an Investor's Supervision Inspector for 16 municipal buildings located at the following streets:

- Dolna 3 – plot no. 241/1, cadastral precinct 0100, cadastral unit 226101_1 Gdańsk,

- Lower 10A – plot no. 245, cadastral precinct 0100, cadastral unit 226101_1 Gdańsk,
