UiT wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a provider that can comply with competence and quality requirements for the following fields:

— Development of strong expressions, profiling and recruiting activities;

— Surveys and analyses;

— Simplification and further development of the graphical profile and visual identity.

The users at UiT shall be able to make successive call-offs in accordance with requirements against the framework agreement.
