The purpose of this contract is the provision of two distinct bandwidth services between the RENATER Node (NR) of Corté and two (2) different NRs on the Continent, namely:

- NR continent 1 : le NR de Marseille 1 ou le NR de Marseille 2

- NR continent 2 : le NR de Sophia.

Bandwidth services must travel geographically separately from each other: land, sea and air routes must be differentiated.

The contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with a single holder.

Upon notification of the contract, an initial purchase order is issued by the GIP to determine the initial throughput.

Subsequent purchase orders are issued during the contract to: (1) determine the flow during the renewal periods, (2) increase the flow capacity.

The services of the Holder relate to:- The provision, the commissioning and the maintenance in operational condition of two distinct bandwidth services between the NR of Corté and two (2) different NRs of the continent;- A quality of service defined in article 2.5 of the CCTP.
