This executive order deals with the conclusion of a framework agreement on chemical action suits type 1A and type 1B for use primarily in the Armed Forces and the Danish Emergency Management Agency. The suits are used in cases where it is required for the safety of the crew. Especially in the case of incidents involving hazardous substances where direct contact cannot be safely avoided or where the chemical substance is not known.

It is a 4-year agreement, which covers both the purchase of suits, spare parts and training services.

The agreement can also be used by the Municipal Emergency Services, which are listed in Appendix I to the agreement.
