The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled:

"Delivery of IT equipment and software, training and modernization of the internal network carried out as part of the Digital Municipality project". The implementation of the above-mentioned tasks includes the following tasks (stages of implementation). The Contracting Authority ALLOWS the submission of partial tenders, where (part) of the task is as follows:

Task 1: Delivery of IT equipment and software, training

A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Task 2: Modernisation of the Authority's internal network

A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Delivery of computer hardware and software, training for employees. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1. Implementation of the Ethernet network design cat 6a SFTP - 192 logical points and electrical network.

2. Execution of cabling (cable routes, wiring arrangement, logical points) of Ethernet cat. 6A SFTP network and delivery and installation of ICT cabinets, electrical sockets and modernization of the electrical network.

3. 3 switching points (18U rack cabinets) equipped with patch panels 48port, and optical 12 FO.

4. Execution of fiber optic cabling between 12j switching points,

5. Completion of the newly made copper and optical structured cabling in patch panels in ICT cabinets.

6. Static and dynamic measurements of copper and optical connections,

7. Dismantling of old copper wiring,

8. Reconstruction works,

9. As-built documentation with certification.

10. Service: The Ordering Party requires readiness to provide quick maintenance services during the warranty period at the level of min.
