The city of Werder (Havel) intends to erect a turnkey and ready-to-use extension building in modular construction for an existing school on the site of the Karl-Hagemeister primary school, at Gluckstraße 8 in 14542 Werder (Havel).
The content of this measure is demolition and civil engineering work that is necessary for the above-mentioned extension buildings. The measure will be carried out before and during the construction of the above-mentioned extension building.
Construction site and traffic safety is partly set up, held and cleared by Lot 02 "Modular Construction".
The following services will be carried out before the start of construction for the
Basement floors (Lot 02 "Modular construction") provided:
- Clearing of the BE area and the construction site
- Construction of the crossings in accordance with the plans "BE areas construction phase 1" and "BE areas construction phase 2"
- Clearance cut on the street tree on the corner of Schubertstraße
- Construction of the paved construction road / construction site equipment area, according to the plans "BE areas construction phase 1" and "BE areas construction phase 2"
- Area under basement: excavation up to the lower edge of the foundation cushion, proof of compaction and acceptance of the excavation pit floor by the soil surveyor
- Area below ground floor without basement: excavation of the non-load-bearing embankments up to the load-bearing subsoil. After the construction of the basement by Lot 02 "Modular Buildings", the following services will be provided by Lot 01 "Demolition and civil engineering works":
- Setting the angle supports
- Laying of the SW/RW ring lines
- Underground installation and compaction up to the lower edge of the foundation pad below ground floor. Note: The underground installation on the walls of the ground floor (up to a distance of 1m) can be carried out by Lot 02 "Modular construction", coordination takes place during the implementation planning
- Proof of compaction and acceptance of the excavation pit floor by the soil expert.
After the construction of the foundation cushion on the ground floor, the foundations on the ground floor and the floor slab on the ground floor by Lot 02 "Modular buildings", the following services are provided by Lot 01 "Demolition and civil engineering work":
- Underground installation and compaction of the areas between angle supports and foundations/exterior walls basement up to -45 cm below OK terrain, as well as underground installation and compaction in the excavation pit on the schoolyard side up to -45 cm below OK terrain, to create stand areas for the scaffolding. The performance limits are marked in the building sections.
