Strand renovation including renewal of heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities

in 240 residential units and one commercial unit.

It is a finished, functional and reliable system according to the requirements set out in the period of

applicable regulations, guidelines, DIN (EN) regulations, DVGW and

VDE/VDI regulations, regulations of the responsible supply and disposal company,

as well as generally accepted rules of technology.

- EN 752 drainage system outside buildings

- DIN 1988 Technical Regulations for Drinking Water Installation (TRWI)

- DIN 4102 fire behaviour of building materials and components

- DIN 4109 sound insulation in building construction

- currently valid EnEV Energy Saving Ordinance (2014)
