The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide maintenance services for the tree heritage. The territorial public establishment Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO) acts on its own behalf and on behalf of the cities of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville d 'Avray as part of a group of orders, whose coordinator is Grand Paris Seine Ouest.

Each member executes the framework agreement for the part which concerns it. The contract is a single-award framework agreement for services, with purchase orders, with no minimum annual amount or maximum annual amount, on the basis of fixed and fixed unit prices (for periodic penalty payments) appearing in the price schedule for the lot concerned. .

Northern Territory: Boulogne-Billancourt.

The framework agreement will take effect for a period of one (1) year from 1.11.2020 or from the date of notification if this is later, renewable three (3) times tacitly, i.e. a maximum period of four (Four years. The framework agreement is based on order forms, with no minimum annual amount or maximum annual amount, on the basis of fixed and fixed unit prices (for periodic penalty payments) appearing in the price schedule for the lot concerned.

Annual estimate: 140,000 EUR excluding tax.

Eastern territory: Issy-les-Moulineaux and Vanves.
