Energinet Business Service A/S provides the framework agreement as a shopping centre on behalf of Energinet Eltransmission A/S and subsequent orders for the Framework Agreement will therefore be assigned by Energinet Eltransmission A/S. Contracting entities wish to have the opportunity to procure overhaul and maintenance services at Energy's offshore facilities. These include tasks dealing with rounds including readings of a number of measurement and control points, as well as testing different technical equipment (high voltage systems, secondary electrical systems, keel and ventilation etc.). In addition, rounds also include a visual inspection of the entire platform, as well as all installed technical equipment. For the planned overhauls, remedial maintenance may occur in the form of minor repairs. In addition to runderings, there are a number of work operations and annual eyesight of equipment, which runs at a fixed interval.

In establishing this Framework Agreement, the contracting entity wishes to be able to obtain overhauling and maintenance services at Energy's offshore installations.
