Construction of the S10 Szczecin – Piła road on the section at the end of the Stargard bypass – the beginning of the Piła bypass (with the "Koszyce" junction) excluding the Wałcz bypass, Section 8: Wałcz "Witankowo" junction (without the junction) – "Piła Północ" junction.
As part of the subject of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to perform design services and construction works in accordance with Polish law, in particular with technical and construction regulations, regulations on independent technical functions in construction and regulations on products and materials used in construction.
The scope of the task includes in particular:
1. Rev. dock. and obtaining a ZRID decision,
2. Uzg. between the Contractors of design solutions at the junction of adjacent tasks,
3. Obtaining the add-on. decisions on environmental conditions for locations where the scope of the investment will exceed the scope of the decision on environmental conditions
4. Bud. expressway
5. construction of road junctions: Stara Łubianka and Piła Północ,
6. construction of a Motorway Service Area (MOP) with a basic function with a reserve for a commercial function,
7. Reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of collision with the expressway, whereby in the case of national road No. 10 it is required to maintain its continuity by reconstruction to the technical class of min. G (in the range of horizontal and vertical curves in difficult conditions, the parameters are allowed as for technical class Z)
8. Bud. roads other than expressways, including changes in the route of existing roads,
9. Bud. additional carriageways, located in the expressway right-of-way
10. Bud. and reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,
11. emergency crossings and emergency entrances to the expressway,
12. technological strips (paved strips of land for maintenance purposes – UTPNU),
13. engineering structures along the expressway and along the roads crossing the expressway,
14. land drainage system,
15. Environmental protection equipment,
16. removal and disposal of any identified plants that are invasive alien species from the construction site,
17. removal from the construction site and utilization of waste identified in the previously prepared documentation,
18. infrastructure for the needs of facilities at the expressway located along the expressway,
19. Reconstruction of conflicting equipment and networks of existing infrastructure
and aboveground,
20. demolition of buildings and structures, demolition of the existing road body and road engineering structures, road elements, culverts and others,
21. telecommunication network for the needs of the Contracting Authority,
22. Illuminate. Road
23. org. including road safety equipment
24. cleaning and unblocking of the existing drainage devices and receivers to the extent ensuring effective drainage of water from the road right-of-way,
25. full reclamation of areas occupied by technical and social facilities – made for the needs of the Contractor and the construction site and any other areas transformed by the Contractor,
26. carrying out repairs to restore roads, real estate used by the Contractor, or buildings damaged as a result of the Contractor's actions to a technical condition not worse than before the commencement of construction,
27. resumption or determination or separation of the boundaries of the road lanes of roads built as part of the investment, located in the demarcation lines of the investment, taking into account their designed category,
28. works resulting from the necessity to connect the section to the existing communication system,
29. Traffic Management System,
30. Reinforcements subsoil and ensuring the stability of slopes, excavations and embankments to the extent adapted to soil and water conditions,
31. ensuring the continuity of traffic and connection of DK10 and DK11 throughout the duration of works within the Pila Północ junction,
32. Design and manufacture temporary roundabouts in the area of the "Piła Północ" junction, which until the completion of the next sections of the S10 and S11 will ensure communication in all relations with the existing DK10 in the direction of Poznań and with the existing DK11 in the direction of Kołobrzeg,
33. yield. on behalf of and on behalf of Zamaw. occupancy permit for the entire scope of the investment.
Zamaw. reserves the obligation to perform the Contractor in person. key tasks, i.e. the surface of the main route, including the creation and incorporation and execution of the remaining layers of the pavement structure above the native soil (excavation) or embankment soil (embankment), excluding the supply of materials and services.
Total estimated order of magnitude of contract value above €20,000,000.
