The purpose of this contract is to provide project management assistance, expertise, software engineering and technical support services for the benefit of the INSERM CIO.

The contract is an allotted and multi-awardee framework agreement, which will make it possible to select expert and specialist service providers who can support the INSERM IT Department, on one or more elements of the technical scope (see Development environment).

These service providers will be mobilized when needs arise during the duration of the framework agreement.

The services provided under this contract are performed on behalf of the CIO of Inserm.
