The assignment to be tendered is defined as follows: the contractor must provide KempenKind with the learning materials that are relevant for regular primary education, special primary education and (secondary) special education. Learning materials are understood to mean:

- (digital) methods and learning materials,

- school, consumables and writing materials for students,

- handicraft material,

- game and development material.

The client reserves the right to purchase educational methods and materials that the contractor does not supply from third parties. Office supplies not intended for use by students and copy paper are optionally purchased.

The approximate scope of the assignment with regard to teaching methods in recent years has been as follows:

- 2016: EUR 120,000,

- 2017: EUR 205,000,

- 2018: EUR 110,000,

- 2019: EUR 230,000,

- 2020: EUR 170,000.

Tenderers cannot derive any rights from the stated amounts, as this depends on the needs of the schools.
