The contract is for a single supplier framework to help establish a long-term development resource collaboration with the University.

This project is awarded to a supplier with developer contractor capacity that can work with the University and “burst” additional development resources when required.

It is envisaged that this approach will enhance the development services resource availability and skillset that can be accessed primarily across EDINA and Applications. It is also beneficial to bring in expert contractors to help with skills cross-transfer; new skills, techniques and tools introduction; and external advice.
