This framework agreement, which is a single-contractor, concerns the carrying out of "General Overhaul" (RG) and "Other Scheduled Works - 6-Year Extension" (ATP PR6) operations on Corail cars with a minimum quantity of 40 cars (Firm Tranche) and a maximum amount of €125,000,000 excluding VAT. These consistencies are as follows:

- The GR is a major intervention in the maintenance scheme of the Corail cars. It includes the systematic removal of components for overhaul, detailed examinations of most of the vehicle's component parts and the necessary repairs to allow operation for a period of approximately 15 years without major body work.

- The ATP PR6 or ATP6 consistency is an overhaul operation of lesser scope compared to the RG, which aims to guarantee the safety of railway operation and the comfort of Corail coaches for a limited period of 6 years.

The RG and ATP PR 6 work includes:

o "Base" work to be carried out systematically on Corail cars, such as overhaul of bogies, replacement of buffers and traction components, etc. The consistency of the "base" work may be different between RG and ATP PR6 operations.

o work "according to criteria" to be carried out following a diagnosis carried out by the Cardholder on each car according to the documentation provided by SNCF Voyageurs. This work, such as repairing and replacing the components of the doors, replacing damaged interior fittings, etc. depend on the condition of the cars and will be billed actually. The implementation of certain works "according to criteria" may also be triggered by a request from SNCF Voyageurs.

o Additional works that may be identified during the treatment of the cars by the Owner.
