The objective of the contract to be tendered is a stable infrastructure, devices that work, a practical and user-friendly learning and working environment that develops over time, and the realization of data security.
The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:
- Infrastructure management
- Network management
- Device management
- Digital Learning and Working Environment
- Tenant management (also working with unmanaged device from home) where the storage capacity is optimally managed
- Wifi management
- act as SPOC for all ICT related assignments, even if they are not in the assignment (including internet, telephony, cabling).
