The State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of Environment intends to purchase support and development services of the software of the Republic of Lithuania for building permits and state supervision information system Infostatyba (hereinafter - IS Infostatyba or IS), which consists of :
1) IS "Infostatyba" software base support services provided on a continuous basis;
2) outsourced IS "Infostatyba" software development services, which are provided according to the hourly rate of one expert of the Supplier indicated in the tender, upon the orders of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the actual time of delivery of these services, coordinated with the Contracting Authority.
The scope and features of the services to be procured are specified in the Technical Specification (Annex 3 to the Terms of Purchase).
Services consist of:
1) IS "Infostatyba" software base support services provided on a continuous basis;
2) outsourced IS "Infostatyba" software development services, which are provided according to the hourly rate of one expert of the Supplier indicated in the tender, upon the orders of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the actual time of delivery of these services, coordinated with the Contracting Authority.
The scope and features of the services to be procured are specified in the Technical Specification (Annex 3 to the Terms of Purchase). A maximum amount of EUR 435,600.00 including VAT funds for outsourced IS development services provided by Infostatyba IS;
2.3) Services must be provided within 12 (twelve) months from the effective date of the contract with two (two) automatic extensions of the period of service: first 12 (twelve) months, second - 11 (eleven) months. The Service Period shall be extended automatically (no separate written agreement shall be concluded between the Parties), unless the Contracting Authority notifies the Supplier of the extension of the term of service 1 (one) month before the end of the current 12 (twelve) months. The contract shall take effect from the date on which the contract is properly enforced.
