The tender covers the Contract for Operation, Support, Maintenance and Development of the Danish Agricultural Agency IT System Internet Field Map (IMK) and associated systems.
The Danish Agricultural Agency is an agency under the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries with approximately 1,400 employees. One of the Agency's most important tasks is to pay agricultural subsidies in Denmark, primarily financed by the EU.
The tendered framework agreement (the "Contract") includes operation, support, maintenance and further development of the IT system IMK with associated Control App, and the Danish Agricultural Agency App as well as Agricultural GIS, Download solution, Announcement of map exhibition platforms, and tool support (the System).
The IT system IMK and its associated systems comprise the following main technology areas:

In relation to the above technology areas, the framework agreement will include the following main services:
A) Clarification phase and transition in
B) Drift
C) Support
D) Maintenance
E) Commissioned services (Development and Consultancy)
F) Cooperation with third parties
Ad main virtue A):
The Supplier shall take over services related to the IT system IMK through the implementation of the Clarification Phase and Transition In, where the Supplier shall carry out all activities necessary for the Supplier to take over responsibility for the Operation, Support, Maintenance and Development of the System, and provide other Services under the Contract.
Ad main virtue B):
The supplier shall provide operational services in relation to the IT system IMK, including installations and upgrades, operation of databases and middleware, integrations and interfaces. Furthermore, the supplier must prepare operational documentation and maintenance thereof, monitoring, reporting, configuration management, system administration, execution of batch and job runs and compliance with the ITIL processes or equivalent, for the IT system IMK.
Ad hovedydelse C):
The supplier must provide support for the IT system IMK, which primarily consists of 2nd and 3rd line support, Incident Management, Problem Management, solution of Service Requests, and user support.
Ad hovedydelse D):
The Supplier shall provide maintenance of the IT system IMK, including ongoing and preventive maintenance, including delivery of bug fixes, capacity, performance, security updates and necessary upgrades of the IT system IMK and the associated systems.
Ad hovedydelse E):
The Supplier shall provide development, including continuous adaptation as a result of changing legal requirements and adaptation to the Customer's needs, as well as implementation of major projects based on requirements specification from the Customer. Furthermore, the supplier must provide consultancy services in relation to the IT system IMK.
Ad hovedydelse F):
The Supplier shall cooperate with the Customer and the Customer's other suppliers of the entire IT infrastructure for the IT system IMK, in connection with operation and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure for the IT system IMK, including incident management, handling of changes, service requests and service windows.
