the purpose of this Framework Agreement is to host a major part of the information systems of the National Research Agency, its outsourcing and to provide a local IT support service. This framework agreement consists of two lots: -Lot 1: hosting and IT outsourcing; -Lot 2: local computer support. It is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, renewable 3 times. It is concluded at unit prices and is executed as and when purchase orders are issued, on the basis of the prices set out in the holder's financial proposal. The Framework Agreement is concluded without commitment on the minimum amount and with commitment on the maximum amount set at 6,968,000 euro(s) HT (all lots combined) and, per lot, at 5,360,000 euro(s) HT for lot 1 and 1,608,000 euro(s) HT for lot 2, in accordance with articles R. 2162-1? to R. 2162-6 of the Public Procurement Code
