Main Features:
The purpose of the present call for competition is to select service providers for the execution of groundhandling services on behalf of the air carriers on the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport for services the limitation of which has been authorized by ministerial decree pursuant to European Directive 96/67 / EC of 15.10.1996 relating to access to the groundhandling market at European Community airports and Article R. 216-5 of the Code de l ' civil Aviation.
In accordance with the decree of 29.6.2019, the services concerned are those falling into the following categories:
- luggage assistance,
- and on-track operations assistance (respectively all Category 3 and Category 5 services according to the nomenclature of the Annex to Article R. 216-1 of the Civil Aviation Code).
Form of the contract: authorization of activity.
Estimated date of commencement of authorization: 1.1.2021.
One lot (lot 1) for the retention of 4 groundhandling service providers for category 3 ("baggage handling") and 5 ("trackside") services for commercial aviation on terminals 1 and 2 from Nice Airport.
Activity authorizations are granted for a period of 7 years from 1.1.2021.
It is possible to apply for 1 or 2 lots. In this case, it is appropriate to submit an offer by lot.
One lot (Lot 2) for the retention of 3 groundhandling service providers for category 3 ("baggage handling") and 5 ("trackside") services for business aviation on the business aviation terminal at Nice Airport.
In this case, it is appropriate to submit an offer by lot.
Activity authorizations are granted for a period of 7 years from 1.1.2021.
It is possible to apply for 1 or 2 lots. In this case, it is appropriate to submit an offer by lot.
