The service essentially includes the following work:

- EMB work for the construction of three 1- to 3-storey replacement buildings, with connection to existing buildings: a total of approx. 3,870 m² GFA,

- EMB and partial demolition work for the renovation of three existing 2- to 4-storey buildings: a total of approx. 4,845 m² GFA,

as well as any necessary ancillary services.

For the project "Renovation and replacement of the Marie-Curie-Schule BBZ Völklingen", the earthworks/masonry/concrete work are put out to tender.
