the consultation will result in a framework agreement with multi-awardee follow-on contracts, with no minimum and maximum in application of articles R2162-7 to R2162-12 of the French Public Procurement Code. The minimum and maximum thresholds are defined as follows (per annual period): 0 euro (excl. VAT). - 1,000,000 euro (excl. VAT).

The concept of "landscaping work" refers to works costing more than €150,000 (excluding VAT).
