The purpose of this consultation is the realization, supply, installation, welding of piping parts and associated equipment allowing the hydraulic connection of skids (assemblies composed of heat exchangers, control valves with servomotors, meters and other associated hydraulic equipment), with realization of the heat insulation and the prior dismantling necessary, for the substations of the district heating utilities operated by DALKIA and its subsidiaries in Issoire and the west of the metropolis of Lyon.

Single-contract framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of (3) three years, renewable twice one year (1+1) relating to the realization, supply, installation, welding of pipes and associated equipment allowing the hydraulic connection of skids (assemblies consisting of heat exchangers, control valves with servomotors, meters and other associated hydraulic equipment), with the completion of the insulation and the necessary prior dismantling, for the substations of the district heating utilities operated by ECLYDE on the Western network of the Lyon metropolis. The number of connections is estimated at: - (35) thirty-five units approximately in summer 2022- (65) sixty-five units approximately between 2023 and 2026, depending on the signing of the subscription policies. Optionally, the Client will be able to provide certain equipment.The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and for a maximum value of 780,000 euros. It does not confer exclusivity on the holder as to the needs of the contracting entity.

Optionally, the Client will be able to provide certain equipment.The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and for a maximum value of 360 000 euros, It does not confer exclusivity to the holder on the needs of the contracting entity.
